These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the “Gripop” service (the “Service”) operated by Gripop Administrative Office(“we”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
この利用規約（以下、「本規約」といいます。）は、ぐりぽっぷ運営事務局（以下、「当運営」といいます。）が提供するサービス「Gripop」（以下、「本サービス」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。登録ユーザーの皆様（以下、「ユーザー」といいます。）には、本規約に従って本サービスをご利用いただきます。
Application / 第1条（適用）
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all matters concerning the use of the Service between the User and we.
本規約は、ユーザーと当運営との間の本サービスの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。
Content and Conduct / 第2条（禁止事項・コンテンツの取り扱い）
Although the Service relies on non-verbal, pixel-art communication, you agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Create or transmit pixel art (including symbols or marks) that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group based on race, religion, nationality, gender, or sexual orientation.
- Create or transmit sexually explicit or pornographic content.
- Harass, threaten, or cause distress to other users.
- We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend/terminate user accounts without prior notice if we determine that these Terms have been violated.
本サービスはテキストを用いない直感的なコミュニケーションツールですが、ユーザーは以下の行為をしてはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 犯罪行為に関連する行為
- 特定の個人、人種、宗教、国籍等を誹謗中傷、または差別・ヘイトスピーチとみなされるドット絵（シンボルやマークを含む）を送信する行為
- 過度に暴力的な表現、露骨な性的表現を含むドット絵を送信する行為
- 他のユーザーまたは第三者に不利益、損害、不快感を与える行為 当運営は、ユーザーが上記に違反したと判断した場合、事前の通知なく当該コンテンツの削除、またはユーザーアカウントの停止・強制退会を行うことができるものとします。
User Interactions and Blocking / 第3条（ユーザー間のトラブルとブロック機能）
- You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
- We provide a “Block” feature to help you manage your experience and prevent unwanted communication. We are not responsible for resolving disputes between users and will not intervene in such matters.
- 本サービス内におけるユーザー同士のコミュニケーション（ドット絵の送受信等）は、ユーザー自身の責任において行われるものとします。
- 当運営は、不快なユーザーを遮断するための「ブロック機能」を提供します。ユーザー間のトラブルについては、原則としてブロック機能等を用いて当事者間で解決するものとし、当運営は一切の介入や責任を負わないものとします。
Premium Subscription and Billing / 第4条（有料プラン「Premium」と決済）
- Access to certain features (e.g., unlimited full-color palette) requires a paid “Premium” subscription.
- Payments are securely processed through our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
- The Premium subscription is billed on a monthly, auto-renewing basis.
- 本サービスの一部機能（フルカラーパレットの使用等）は、有料プラン「Premium」として提供されます
- Premiumの決済は、決済代行会社（Stripe）を通じて行われます。当運営はユーザーのクレジットカード情報を自社サーバーで保持しません。
- Premiumは月額の自動更新（サブスクリプション）となります。
Cancellation and Refund Policy / 第5条（解約および返金ポリシー）
- You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your dashboard.
- To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel before your next renewal date.
- Due to the digital nature of the Service, all payments are final. We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods or unused features.
- Premiumの解約は、ユーザー自身のダッシュボード（またはStripeのカスタマーポータル）からいつでも行うことができます。
- 解約手続きは、次回更新日の前日までに行う必要があります。更新日を過ぎて決済が完了した場合、当該月分のキャンセルはできません。
- デジタルコンテンツという商品の性質上、決済完了後の日割り計算による精算、およびいかなる理由による返金も一切行わないものとします。
Disclaimer of Warranties / 第6条（免責事項）
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
当運営は、本サービスに事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定の目的への適合性、セキュリティなどに関する欠陥、エラーやバグ、権利侵害などを含みます。）がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しておりません。
Changes to Terms / 第7条（規約の変更）
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
当運営は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。

本規約は、2026年3月21日より施行します。
