Cancellation and Refund Policy / 返品・キャンセル・解約について
- No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the Gripop Premium service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or prorated credits for any unused time or accidental purchases once a charge has been processed.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account dashboard. To avoid future charges, you must cancel before your next billing cycle begins. Please note that Premium features will be deactivated immediately upon cancellation.
- 返品・返金： 提供するサービスの性質上（デジタルコンテンツ）、決済完了後の返品、いかなる理由による返金、および日割り計算による精算には一切応じられません。
- 解約： マイページ（ダッシュボード）よりいつでも解約手続きが可能です。次回更新日の前日までに解約手続きを完了していただくことで、次回以降の請求は停止され、自動更新は行われません。なお、解約後は即座にプレミアム機能が無効となります。
